Alamo Heights dog park backers face some obstacles
A group leading efforts to create a dog park in Alamo Heights is pushing forward with the project in spite of funding challenges and criticism over the park's proposed site.
Laurie Light Saunders, a spokesperson for The Alamo Heights Bark Park, said the organization is working on a business plan for raising money, purchasing advertising, and recruiting volunteers and community input. (read more).
