AH to construct new Municipal Facilities - Request for Qualifications

The City of Alamo Heights (“City”) seeks Qualifications from Respondents interested in providing the services as described in this RFQ. The City is preparing to construct new Municipal Facilities at its current location at 6116 Broadway in Alamo Heights, Texas by hiring an architecture firm (Architect) to design the facility and provide construction documents for bidding and construction of the buildings and site improvements. The design will include administrative, public works, community development and police offices, a new fire station, and new City Council chambers. The budget established for this project is $6.5 million. The site must also contain adequate parking for employees and visitors. (read more).
