Alamo Heights teen shot in road rage incident greeted by 200 well-wishers

SAN ANTONIO -- Eddie Moreno Jr. was with two cousins March 26, 2011 when they became victims in a road rage incident. They were shot at by someone in another vehicle.

A bullet hit Moreno in the cheek and became lodged in his spine. (read more and see video).
