Charges dismissed in ‘friendly fire' death

Criminal charges have been dropped against the tank commander involved in the friendly fire incident in Afghanistan that killed Lance Cpl. Benjamin Whetstone Schmidt of San Antonio, according to the tank commander's attorney. (read more).
