Witte Museum Hosts a Yo, Ho, Ho Holiday

SAN ANTONIO—Kick off the holiday season with a festive flurry of fun as the Witte Museum hosts a Yo, Ho, Ho Holiday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, December 3! Don’t miss hands-on family activities, live animals, an interactive dinosaur cart and free photos with the Witte’s very own Biker Santa.
Ye kiddies are invited to visit SHIPWRECK! Pirates & Treasure and then create custom pirate hats and shoulder parrots inspired by the exhibit. Additionally, you can view live animals throughout the afternoon! Get a close look at a variety of creatures as they travel the Witte campus in the wilderness vest of our own “Roaming Naturalist.” Don’t miss the always popular Dino Cart, where you can learn about dinosaur fossils, including claws, teeth and bones in the museum’s Dino Gallery.
The Witte Museum is offering FREE photos with Biker Santa, who will have his Harley-Davidson in tow, from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. All photos will be emailed to recipients for easy sharing, and this is a great way to skip the long lines at the mall while adding a fun “edge” to your Christmas memories!
Plus, get started on your holiday shopping at the Witte Museum Store, where the general public will receive a 15% discount, and museum members receive 20% off all museum store merchandise.
