Known as a person who always extended a helping hand, Donald Rodney Starkweather passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at age 77. Despite serious illness, Donald continued to help friends and neighbors with car problems and took an interest in Alamo Heights municipal issues until his sudden death from an aneurism.
