Request of James Rahe, Sage Architecture Inc, for the significance review of the existing structure and compatibility review of the proposed two-story addition to 417 Corona Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish >25% of the existing main structure’s front façade - Brian Chandler, Planning and Development Services Director
