Proposed Residential Design Standards Amendments - Input Sought

At the City Council Meeting on Monday, January 9th , a presentation of proposed amendments to Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances of the Zoning Code (also known as the “Residential Design Standards” related specifically to SF-A and SF-B standards) for single-family districts, was given by Brian Chandler, Planning and Development Services Director. The next step is adoption of these amendments which will be considered by Council at the next meeting to be held on January 23rd.
