Former high school principal arrested for indecent exposure at Olmos Park

SAN ANTONIO - A former school principal is arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

According to the police report, 63-year-old Kenneth Elton Whiteker was arrested Monday at Olmos Park after exposing himself to an undercover officer. (read more).
