PSW Real Estate publicly marketed its much anticipated Olmos Drive community in early March. Olmos Drive is a true mix of contemporary design and traditional architecture. PSW is offering 26 single family homes that incorporate design elements reflective of the local Spanish Eclectic style, while also incorporating modern planning techniques, such as spacious, open and thoughtfully designed floor plans, as well as PSW’s hallmark innovative and energy efficient construction techniques. Incorporating rich materials and colors, along with native landscaping, this community enhances the historic elegance of the neighborhood and offers a dynamic and attractive curb appeal - no two homes or entry facades are the same.
The homes at 350 Olmos Drive will consist of 26 single family homes with 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, and range between 1800 and 2400 square feet. Pricing starts in the mid $500,000s and will be ready for move-in before the end of the year.
Olmos Drive is PSW’s first of three communities coming to San Antonio in 2015. Their SouthTown and Alamo Heights communities will launch later in 2015.
