Bellydance with Little Egypt for Fitness & Fun
After babies, I really wanted some exercise, but I easily get bored out of my mind with something too routine. Bellydancing seemed a much more funfilled way to get fit. It certainly is, but bellydancing has given me so much more that just fitness. I'm a real clumsy type of person, dropping things easily, walking into doorways etc. Through bellydancing I have become far more coordinated and -dare I say it- graceful. My posture has so much improved and I've learned to move beautifully, even my hands, which I used to try to hide! I buy much nicer clothes for myself since I dance and no more baggy ones. But most importantly, bellydancing is so much fun and gets my soul just as much in shape as my body.
