A regular City Council meeting will be held on Monday, March 8, 2010, in the Council Chambers, 6120 Broadway at 5:30 p.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it.

1. Interview with citizens expressing an interest to serve on a City of Alamo Heights board or commission

2. Approval of Minutes of the February 22, 2010 City Council Meeting

3. City Manager’s Report

a. Dog Park Update – Brian Chandler, Community Development Director
b. Update of Regional Hospital Notification System for Critical Cardiac Patients – Bill Hagendorf, Fire Chief

4. Citizens to be heard concerning items not listed on the agenda

5. Staff report and possible action which may include the granting of a license to the Alamo Heights Optimist Club to use a portion of Viesca Street and the parking areas associated with the Alamo Heights Swimming Pool for a Fiesta event – Shawn P. Eddy, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director

9. An Ordinance adopting a separate Schedule of Development Fees – Brian Chandler, Community Development Director (Staff recommends approval)

The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq., including, but not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.

This meeting site is wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrance is located at 6120 Broadway. Accessible visitor parking spaces are located adjacent to the rear entrance of the Council Chambers and the rear entrance of City Hall.
