A regular City Council meeting will be held on Monday, August 22, 2011, in the Council Chambers, 6120 Broadway at 5:30 p.m. to consider and act upon any lawful subjects which may come before it.

5.  Architectural Review Board Case No. 393 F, which is a request of George and Lori Becknell, property owners, for the significance review of the existing structure and compatibility review of the proposed replacement structure located at 510 Harrison Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish >50% [74%] of the existing structure’s roof – Brian Chandler, Planning and Development Services Director

6.  Presentation, discussion and possible approval of Scheme A-3 for construction of new city hall facilities, to include bond proposition alternatives and construction budget options – Mark Browne, City Manager

The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq., including, but not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
