Approval of Minutes of the October 10, 2011 City Council Meeting 2. Announcements a. Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for Fiscal Year 2010 awarded by the Government Finance Officers Association b. National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, October 29, 2011 c. Cancellation of Holiday Parade made by the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce 3. Citizens to be heard concerning items not listed on the agenda Items for Individual Consideration 4. An Ordinance approving the Mayor’s nominations of John Gaines to serve on the Architectural Review Board and Jimmy Satel to serve on the Board of Adjustment – Brian Chandler, Planning and Development Services Director 5. An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute and negotiate a contract with Alamo Credit Recovery L.L.C. for collection activities on delinquent Emergency Medical Services (EMS) invoices and authorizing collection fees in the amount of thirty percent (30%) up to thirty-five percent (35%) – Buddy Kuhn, Fire Chief 6. A Resolution for the acceptance of a grant in the amount of $15,000 from the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) towards the purchase of a 2012 Year Model Medic Unit to replace the 2001 Medic Unit – Buddy Kuhn, Fire Chief 7.
