S.A. reinforces quiet zone project
An envisioned Olmos Park-area railroad quiet zone appears to be back on track for installation this year after modifications to prerequisite road improvements on an affected street that once threatened derailment.
Olmos Park City Council member Jeff Judson – who has helped to spearhead quiet zone installation at the city's four main crossings – expressed concern last week about potential opposition to the plans. (read more).
