When Terrell Hills residents decided they wanted lighting on the Geneseo Esplanade, instead of seeking tax dollars, they raised the money themselves.

During a Dec. 14 meeting, City Council accepted $23,000 from the Geneseo Parkway Association and agreed to seek bids for insulation and 12-foot high concrete boxes. (read more).
